The Design And Realization For Educational Administration Management In Higher Vocational College Based On The J2EE

With the development of the teaching affairs management reforms in vocationalcolleges, the management mode is changing from the traditional academic year systeminto credit system. In order to adapt ourselves to this reform and improve themanagerial quality and level of the teaching affairs management departments invocational colleges, adopting a comparatively advanced, scientific and comprehensiveteaching affairs management system will be an inevitable trend.This paper takes the construction and implementation of the teaching affairsmanagement system of Hunan Vocational College of Modern Logistics as the researchobject, adopting case diagram method of the UML technology to analyze themanagement system and discussing the different technology frameworks that are usedin concentrated teaching affairs management and the distributed application.Meanwhile, it offers a design and implementation scheme based on J2EE platform.The followings are the main contents of this article.In order to satisfy the need of the teaching affairs management system modechanging from the academic year to the incomplete credit system for Hunan VocationalCollege of Modern Logistics, we bring in this management mode of the coexistence ofacademic year and credit system, which not only reduces the management shockresulting from the innovation, but also lays a very good foundation for implementationof the complete credit system.Through comparative analysis on the technology framework between C/S and B/S,this paper proposes adopting C/S structure to achieve teaching staffs’ concentratedmanagement on teaching core business,using B/S structure to build a long-distanceapplication teaching affairs management system for both teachers and students.We have designed the functions of the teaching affairs management systembased on full consideration of the coexistence of academic year and credit system aswell as the result analysis of early period’s need and have had a proper design of thedata base for the management system using E-R method.We take the grade management subsystem for an example, applying the MVCmode in J2EE to the expression layer, operation layer and the data layer respectively.Finally we conducted some researches on cluster technologies used to ensure thereliability of the teaching affairs management system as well as the security strategy based on the grade management subsystem.
