| By the end of November 2015, China Mobile has 1.07 million 4G base stations, more than 300 million users, it becomes the world’s largest 4G operators, basically realizing continuous cover of domestic cities, counties and high-speed line, effective cover of developed towns and rural data business hot spots, depth cover of major tourist areas, sports sites and gyms and other public places, covering more than 1.2 billion people.However, China telecom and China unicom has released a white paper on sixmolds network-wide terminal, which is expected to expand 4G coverage, enhance competitiveness, catch up to China Mobile. In order to enhance the breadth and depth of 4G, strengthen its 4G, China Mobile is going to invest 4G heavily, start the second phase construction. This paper takes SK mobile 4G project as an example. How is the feasibility of this project? How to make effective project and implementation plan? What measures should be taken to prevent possible risks and to improve the project becomes a problem. Therefore, the thesis research has practical significance.In this paper, we take SK Mobile 4G project as a case, deals with the research background in chapter1; covers the theory of project management, risk management theory, TD- LTE theory and its application situation at home and abroad in section2; analyzes the feasibility in terms of SK 4G present situation and demand forecasting in chapter3; treats the project plan, project implementation, possible risks and coping strategies in the following chapters. At last, we make a summary and prospect. Through this practice, we enrich the theoretical knowledge of project management and risk management. |
