With the promotion of national policy, the development of the industry,the enterprises experience gradually fierce competition within the industry, the core of competition is the competition of talents. As one of the effective means to attract talented people, pay management, whether it is the enterprise, or the staff, put forward new requirements for the salary management. Culture media industry salary management status, and the existence of the problem to be solved. ZJ media companies as just entered the rapid growth stage of enterprise, salary system and salary management arbitrariness is relatively large, the establishment of salary system at the beginning of a mere formality, not very good to adapt to the characteristics of enterprise strategic management, compensation management level is not high salary, serious impact on employees’work enthusiasm and initiative. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to have a targeted optimization and improvement of the current salary system, and form a salary management system to adapt to the enterprise business strategy.The payment system optimization design as the research subject, on ZJ media company as the research object, the integrated use of literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method and case analysis method research methods, of ZJ media company’s existing salary system optimization design for more in-depth study and discussion. This paper summarizes the theory of compensation and compensation management, and summarizes the related theory of compensation plan design. The second part ZJ media company salary system present situation.
