With the continuous development of university laboratories, laboratory personnel and laboratory resources continue to increase, making the lab resource sharing, storage, and laboratory data file management becomes a huge problem. Due to cloud computing and mobile Internet technology in the mass data storage, resource sharing has a huge advantage. Therefore, the research has better technology and engineering application value web-based technology and cloud computing technology cloud platform University Laboratory Management System.Firstly, the paper studies the management and resource requirements of the university laboratory, and studies the system’s demand analysis based on a large number of domestic and foreign documents.Secondly, the use of technology to build laboratory management Hadoop cloud platform, cloud computing service model for the concept of the three-tier, cloud platform into the laboratory management infrastructure layer, infrastructure management, application interface layer and application layer, and the layers implement the detailed design process. System development software framework using B/S three-tier architecture and Struts2+Spring+hibernate (S2SH). B/S architecture is divided into the presentation layer, the business layer, persistence layer. S2SH framework is precisely the realization of the layers. The framework developed by the integrated laboratory management system, the client does not directly interact with the database, but to establish a connection through component and the intermediate layer, an intermediate layer and then interact with the database, clear hierarchy, coupling high.Then, the analysis of the management of Hadoop HDFS file system technology, designed to replace the traditional HDFS file management system, cloud storage system. HDFS control method based data stream, reading and writing through the layer separation in the process of uploading and downloading, when storing large files, through the mechanism of the block division will file cut, then fine of storage. This storage mechanism greatly saves computer resources, and feasibility is relatively high, the cost is relatively low.For system data access and concurrency control, the operating system directly through Hibernate JDBC database connectivity, to avoid the query process, resulting in a large number of redundant database when the table is more, the cascade relationship between tables is complex SQL operations to improve the response speed of the system; and the system comes with a database MySQL blockade law and hibernate framework comes optimistic locking mechanisms combined, cooperative control, to ensure stable operation of the system to a large number of users concurrent access.In addition, research by the MD5 algorithm to encrypt user passwords and using separate role-based access control RBAC access control model to achieve the user’s role and permissions. Through the above techniques, ultimately designed and implemented user management, laboratory management, project management, construction management discipline and alumni interaction management five functional modules cloud-based platform for laboratory management system, the system includes.Finally, in order to verify the system design features to function properly, this issue to cloud storage and access control functions as test cases for functional testing, tests showed that computing technology and web technology development through the cloud laboratory management system to normal operation; the system performance testing, the subject through the stand-alone and clustered environment, access to laboratory management system speed and upload speed cloud storage feature comparison test, described by cloud computing technology can not only improve the response speed of laboratory management system, and can greatly shorten the time the system when storing large data files needed for laboratory applications.
