Economy cannot develop without transformation of energy. Combustion engine, as the major equipment in energy transformation, has been evolving rapidly in the recent years. Especially the development of the domestic automotive industry has driven the development of combustion engine toward larger volume, larger output power and higher speed. Piston is the core component of a combustion engine. Its design and production have been improved significantly, as the combustion engine got more powerful, faster, and the standard of emission got higher.Engine power output and speed are increasing, gas pressure on the piston is also rising. Piston PIN as a supporting element, their mechanical bending, thus causing the load to the inside of the piston pin hole stress concentration. In the presence of non-uniform stress, inner cracks, causing premature piston failure. In order to solve this problem, it made a lot of research and testing. Found design for piston pin bore into axial section like Bell, ellipse and ellipse special-shaped can effectively eliminate the stress concentration. Conventional CNC boring machine when machining special-shaped pin hole is in the precise adjustment of the program cannot be achieved, trumpet shaped pin hole processing are not up to processing requirements. Abnormity pin hole is the key to the improvement of engine performance, developed quickly and easily shaped hole processing equipment is needed. With increasing competition in the market and customer requirements to product quality improvement, developed a new can shaped hole in the completion of processing of new kind of boring machine quickly and easily become a top priority. The pressure a piston can endure is constantly getting higher, as well as the output power and speed of a combustion engine.This paper studies and simulates the profile curve in a CNC system according to practical requirements, and implements it on a piston boring machine. The main constants are as follows:(1) Discussing the key factors in designing the control system of a CNC boring machine based on modern control technologies and servo technologies.(2) Program to realize ideal cutting curves of a nonlinear boring system by using the least squire method.(3) Program to realize trumpet-formed and ellipse boring and milling.(4) B&R programmable computer controller (PCC) and the multi-function controller (ACOPOS) as a platform to build shaped hole boring machine control system, based on CNC technology, achieving fast precise piston noncircular pin hole processing.
