Reciprocating plunger gas flow standard device,a kind of the volume calibration principle,has short construction period,adjustable working pressure and other advantages.It is widely used in the field of flow measurement.(1)Clear about the device's main technical indexes.This paper introduces the background and significance of this topic,and enumerates the current research situation of the gas flow standard device both at home and abroad,as well as the present development situation and main application of industrial real-time Ethernet.It has been clear about the device's main technical indexes,including the verification flow range,the plunger cylinder volume index,software requirements,etc.(2)Put forward the overall design of this device.The overall structure uses the vertical design and adopts the type of plunger structure which can reduce the stress area of the sealing structure.The control system adopts the Electronic control unit which based on EtherCAT bus,including drive,IO,etc..In the end of this chapter,it uses flow chart to introduce the three kinds of operating mode of the device.(3)Software developing.The test model of the device is derived,and the calculation formula of the final test results is obtained.According to the verification model and the electronic control system,it developed the upper and lower computer software.The lower computer software adopts the TwinCAT environment to program,which is used for controlling the electric control system.The upper computer software adopts C language,and visual studio programming environment to program.(4)Experiment research.After the completion of building the software and hardware built,it selected of nominal nozzle flow calibration test,and repeated the experiment.The results show that the repeatability of the device is better than 0.05%,and the technical index of the device in all aspects to the expected.
