The Framing Research On Journalists’ Day Reports In The People’s Daily From 2000 To 2015

The establishment of the Journalists’ Day, not only reflects attention and care of the Party Central Committee to journalists,but also deepens the degree of public awareness about journalists, and journalists’ image has gradually highlighted. In the annual Journalists’ Day, medium publish all kinds of reports to greet journalists. In this paper, the research object is Journalists’ Day reports in the People’s Daily, and to research the media framework of Journalists’ Day reports.The theoretical basis in this paper is the three-level structure and two kinds of mechanism of the framework proposed by Taiwan scholars, wei-wen Zhong and guo-ren Zang. By using the theory analyses Journalists’ Day reports in the People’s Daily for quantitative and qualitative. The research finds that Journalists’ Day reports in the People’s Daily highlight the leadership framework, journalists responsibility framework and excellent journalists framework. The schematic structures in reports are complete. The plot framework and issue framework are balanced. The report form is mainly news, and the news comment is supplementary. The report layout is highlighted. A series of Journalists’ activities reports reflect the professional spirit of media, and demonstrate the importance of Journalists’ Day. The news source in Journalists’ Day reports comes from authorities, and is high-credibility. The reports emphasize on positive publicity to communicate the mainstream values, but the words in reports are too many.Journalists’ Day reports in the People’s Daily further emphasize journalists’ excellent quality, such as to be a champion of righteousness and justice, to abide professional ethics. Outstanding journalists reports provide a model for learning to other journalists. But in the real world, there are some bad style journalists. As the change of media environment, journalists life and living conditions have changed more or less. About these problem, Journalists’ Day reports in the People’s Daily involve less. So, this paper argues that, there are some deviations between the media reality and social reality, and the main reasons are the regulation of national policy and the impact on news organizational framework and journalists cognitive framework.About the suggestions of journalists reports, this paper put forward measures from the national level, the media organizational level, the journalists individual level and the technical level. In the national level, the country should respect the rule of communication further, and consolidate the party and the people unity effectively. In the media organizational level, party media should distinguish the differences of journalism and propaganda effectively, and make the connection between the media reality and social reality. In the journalists individual level, journalists should increase the personal experience reports. In the technical level, Journalists’ Day reports should have a proper pre-planning to macro control reports, open a special column of Journalists’ Day to increase the systemic of reports, try to avoid source deviation to increase the objectivity of reports, try to adjust the tone of reports to promote reports balanced, and creative writing techniques to improve the report form, etc.
