Design And Implementation Of Novel Broadcasting Program Recording And Editing System

With the rapid development of the Internet, it has provided a massive source of information to traditional media. Intelligently, fast and effectively what make full use of the news which is rich in information, to provide diversified news material for radio program production and broadcast, is an important development trend for the traditional radio station under the background of the Internet.In order to meet timeliness and richness of the news content, this paper designed a new type of broadcasting program recording and editing system, the system can obtain the content of the news and transform the news manuscript automatically into audio files, Using teleprompter and digital audio editing station respectively, the news manuscript content and audio files are loaded in for further processing to ultimately meet the needs of radio sources and production.Novel broadcasting program recording and editing system is mainly divided into three modules, which respectively is news gathering module, speech synthesis module and audio editing content loading module. This thesis mainly design and implement the following contents:1、The design and implementation of the news gathering module. The module is chiefly divided into the channel management and the news view, primarily based on RSS(Really Simple Syndication,RSS) 2.0 specification requirements, and the use of RSS technology and HTML(Markup Language Hypertext,HTML) file parsing technology, to get the mainstream the content of the news, and at the same time automatically classify the news each big website push, and form the news manuscript radio broadcast, to provide radio a variety of news sources.2、The design and implementation of speech synthesis module. The news and information the news gathering module obtain, is edited by journalists into news manuscript, then is processed by speech synthesis module. The module is divided into text to voice and WAV format audio file generation functions.The module is based on the iFly mobile speech platform and the input text is used for speech synthesis, then form digital audio files multimedia software plays.3、The module is mainly used to load the contents of the text and audio files. The text content is loaded into the teleprompter, the audio file is loaded into the digital audio editing station, by other staff for further processing.The system is desgined and implemented in this paper,which is tested in the experimental environment with intact good validation.The results show that the software is stable, good performance, which could meet the requirements of the program source and radio stations. The system can enrich the source of the news manuscript of radio broadcasts, alleviate pressure on the journalistic writing, improve the timeliness of traditional radio programs.
