Along with the progress of the media technology, the audience’s media contact degree continues to deepen. Agenda setting and the construction of public opinion environment have a profound impact on the audience. Media panic as a result of the construction of media, in many unexpected public events in the show. In this paper, based on the perspective of media construction, relying on the theory of media environment, this paper probes into the causes of the formation of media panic and its impact on the public. The "cause" and "effect" as the starting point, first based on "media environment" theory, combing cause media panic formed externally generated environment: media environment, cultural environment, political environment, legal environment, media environment; at the same time from the "media panic information" the inside of the, researches the cause of panic information dissemination of the internal driving force: the pursuit of news value, audience appeal of the information and technological progress in the objective influence. Then use the "depth interview" and "questionnaire survey" to find five variables related to the "media panic": from the data to find the research conclusions, according to the conclusions of the research countermeasures. This thesis is divided into five parts: Chapter 1, systematically media panic concept, course of study, the related theory proposed research significance and innovation; the second chapter, the panic in the study of media types and media panic causes and communication demands. The third chapter is the key chapter of this thesis.
