In the 1980 s, with the rapid development of computer hardware the microcomputer began to spread in high school, many jobs previously required manual labor to do are beginning to use computer to processing. So, it generated many computer-based paperless office software. Entering the new century, under the huge impact of the Internet, education information technology began to enter a rapid development. Under this background, it generated varieties of management information system for university. Such as educational management system, school work management system, library management system management system software, etc. However, the personnel salary management systemmanagement system as the basic platform for human resource managementhas not pay enough attention in colleges and universities, many units still use the old way of manual entry of personnel management of information, personnel management, not for Universities personnel management needs. College personnel and payroll management system is a very strong personalization management system, different colleges and universities ask for different human resources management, it has a significant difference. In this thesis, according to the present situation of college personnel salary management nagement, use the Sichuan Huaxin Vocational College as the background, I made a human resources management system based on B/S architecture, and implementation later.This thesis uses the object-oriented design method and structured design method, in strict accordance with software engineering specifications to complete the entire system, including software requirements analysis, the overall architecture design, software implementation, and software testing process. The system using JAVAEE framework, MVC design, and B/S architecture. The entire system analyzes and modeling present personnel payroll management situation in the perspective of modern software engineering, made a demand survey, carried out the role analysis, do functional and non-functional analysis, design system management、personnel management、 attendance management、 compensation management、 performance management and several other modules, realized the model of personnel information query、 change、 report analysis、 salary information、 query、 reporting,、analysis and other functions. In the test phase of the system, it presents some problems and I has been modified yet, the current system now in operation for well over six months, it Well-functioning and have a beautiful interface, fully meet the desired objectives.
