Design And Implementation Of Family Financial Management System

With the continuously, fast and stable development of economy in our country, living standard continues to improve. Income increases gradually and more money can be used for other purposes than life need. How to arrange the spare money is a question. As the computer, networks and information have become necessities, We enjoying not only convenience but also more science way to manage money. This thesis introduces how to design a software for money management to realize assets accretion by computer.(1)Firstly, the thesis introduces software used in the development of family financial management system. The software development platform is Visual Studio 2008. SQL Server 2008 is used to create database. B/S structure is used to orient object to design the software system. In addition, development language using C# programming language, C# programming language inherited many functions from the C++ language. It can easily improve work efficiency.(2)Secondly, the system determined main functions through investing and classifying of the software users. The thesis analyzes the system with a way easy to understand. The whole system is divided to modules like family members, water budget, loan management, etc. Each module is not only separately designed and realized but also designed with standard and order format. They are easily to be accessed by SQL Server 2008 and can be exchanged data easily. The software system is availabile and stable.The whole system is split to independent subroutines to realize the function of each module through precise defining of design and production process. Details of the software is determined by analysis and performance comparison of existing financial software on the market. The overall performance of the system is tested by inputing test data.(3)Finilly, functions designed are tested step by step. Reasonable and unreasonable input were all tested to insure the module function in the process. Detailed tests are executed for many times with mutual checks when the total systemcompleted.The study result indicates the software system has a good interface to be easily learned and used. It is conveniently to realize the family money management by using it. With it, all the family members can easily know the financial conditions. It can give instructions for decision of money arrangement and it will be used widely.
