Design And Study On Family Financial Management System

Families property income in our country has grown much recently,at the same time,family property income and expenditure has become varied. Apart buying housing and buying a car, many residents have a large number of financial assets. How to allocate and manage financial assets is the most demand of residents. Household income and expenditure is a group of large complex data, and every day delivers new data. It is very necessary to use a "family financial management system" to manage family property (including revenue and expenditure, fixed assets, debt and so on) scientific, effective and efficient , saving expenditure and making the maximum effectiveness of funds. The "family financial management system" is a typical database application system. In the theoretical support of the database, it is created by SQL Server and PowerBuilder.Early in the system development work, this paper introduced the development of the database status and trends, SQL Server and PowerBuilder. The detailed feasibility study for research is from the two sides of the market economy and financial system on the "family financial management system". The demand analysis is from the "family financial management system" function, operating environment, application and safety needs of four functional areas. Building the database, Data Sheet with SQL Server, the establishing of the database connection are all the early in the system development work.The "family financial management system" is divided into five modules. They are day-to-day payments module, family sharing funds module, fixed assets management module, debt management module and report generation module. Because of the large use of inherit in the system, first create several ancestors window and the two Freeform, Grid style user object before developing five modules. Thus, the development process time can be saved.Day-to-day payment module, family sharing funds module, fixed assets management module and debt management module are based on the same basic concept. There are two main windows: one is the list window and the other the edit window. These windows accomplish basic functions of the designed modules. List window and edit window are connected to different data windows for displaying data, editing data, etc. Reports generation module uses a statistics conditions window to input statistics date as statistics conditions.
