The Design And Implement Of County Meteorological Comprehensive Operational System

In China, meteorological operational services are operated at four levels: national,provincial,prefectural and county levels,the county level Met services for the most basic meteorological services. At the same time responsible for the local meteorological work in their respective administrative regions,has the functions of meteorological observation、public meteorological service and meteorological social management functions. Is fully integrated into the local government management and public service system at the grass-roots level,we will improve the mechanism of grassroots meteorological service and social management stage, Integrating the resource of meteorological services, strengthen the construction of meteorological service technical team,strengthen the basic meteorological services technical support and product research and development application,Building the observation,network,service and early warning of meteorological services integrated service platform,realization of meteorological operations intensive,for the meteorological department at the county level to provide necessary basis to improve service skills.This thesis mainly do the following several aspects of the work: 1,Introduce the paper research background and the situation of the other country; 2,Introduce the main technology and related theories used in development of meteorological integrated service platform; 3,Starting from the requirements analysis, demonstrates the feasibility of the system development and establish the system to achieve the purpose of the project construction;4,Mainly introduces how to design the system and it? function module;5,Discusses the realization of the system each function module, provides the interface screenshots and the realization of the function of the code;6,System test shows that the System framework design, function module design and database building is reasonable and practical;Finally is the summary of the paper, and the prospect of the system in the future.In order to ensure the effectiveness of business operations and security, the system adopts C/S structure, and it?s main designer tools we used Visual Studio 2010 the development language we choose the vb.net, using a variety of controls including chart, DataGridView, for a variety of data display and operation.In order to ensure the data security and fast use,use Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the background database.In this thesis,by studying the guangxi meteorological department at the county level meteorological comprehensive business situation,discussion and analysis of meteorological comprehensive business how to combine with new technology application,design and develop a set of software system based on county in guangxi meteorological bureau real business needs and Combination of computer technology. Introducing network technology and computer programming technology into meteorological comprehensive operational system of innovation and evaluation,This is conducive to promote the development of meteorological modernization at the grass-roots level.
