The Development And Design For Centralized Approval Administration MIS Based On Microsoft.NET

In order to push reforms of administrative approval further, accelerate changes of government's function, promote efficiency, we design and develop this centralized approval administration Managing Information System(MIS).The thesis consists three parts:First, it analyses the development of administrative approval system in domestic and abroad. In accordance with the shortcomings of concerned system at present in China, it puts forward a solution. Second, this essay analyses several common used net designs technologies at present and the cause of using switchong Ethernet to design this system. Also it introduces net distribution, server plans and backup plans,etc. Last, this essay introduces software designs in this system. According to the process and administrative function in application and approval, the software was divided into five sections. This essay gives a minute description to each section. This system has been used in Aaministration Hall by Jinzhou Government. It is proved that it has perfect function. Now Jinzhou Government accomplished digitalization and networking in administration approval, information colleting and distributing, public administration. This achieves good results.
