Development Of Integrated Circuit Layout Data Processing Program Based On SKILL Language

Through the comparison of the integrated circuit production process, the technology conversion. At the same time, the design mode of human computer interaction is adopted, and the corresponding function of the demand of the actual project is adopted to realize the fast realization of the integrated circuit layout. This article will through a map technology transformation example to detail the implementation of related functions, finally gives the detailed method and the chip verification process, fully embodies the process feasibility and stability of the conversion system.In this thesis, based on the design of integrated circuit layout design SKILL language processing program, developed a technology transfer system, realize the map data batch rapid extraction and concentration process. The system is based on Cadence platform development, in the technological transformation requirements in layout design, through graphic data automatic scaling, quick add isolation ring, batch precision device position transformation, packaging function such as information extract, realize the rapid and exact data to map processing. Through every link to promote the efficiency of development, realize the rapid transformation of layout process, shorten the development cycle of the overall layout design.Currently I have completed the process of all work related conversion system, such as theory analysis, process design, program design, layout design, chip verification work and so on. Using auxiliary complete the layout design of the system, have been successfully flow, and the sale has been achieved. The system is available to other consequent layout projects, portability and reference value.
