The rapid development of modern science and technology not only promotes the development of productive forces, but also affects all aspects of people’s life and work, and the medical field is no exception. China is a country with a large population, has a large number of medical consumer groups, medical technology innovation and development in our country is even more important. With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, it will inevitably lead to the reform of medical technology and the development of medical equipment. The corresponding departments of the national government also increased the strength of medical technology support, promote technological innovation in the medical field, claim to be able to achieve modern medical technology by the middle of the twenty-first Century. Under the background of this kind of demand, the intelligent medical monitoring system based on the database must have broad market demand and huge development prospects.This paper aims to design a set of transfusion monitoring system, it can not only avoid the drawbacks of traditional infusion monitoring methods, but also added a lot of practical applications. According to different functions, the monitoring system is divided into four parts: the front-end infusion monitoring equipment, wireless communication network, human-computer interaction interface and database. The front-end transfusion monitoring equipment is responsible for the collection of the front end transfusion information, the control of the infusion speed, the input and display of the medical information, etc; wireless communication network to achieve the construction of the network, maintenance and wireless transmission of information; the human-computer interaction interface can’t only complete the display of the front end information, control the front end equipment, but also taking into the application of infusion monitoring system, it add personnel management, drug management and patient file management functions. Users can use the database of information management capabilities, to complete the storage and management of all kinds of information in the hospital.Front infusion monitoring device select the United States TI company’s MSP430F5529 microcontroller as the control core, to coordinate and command the normal operation of each module in the transfusion monitoring equipment; Zigbee protocol stack is used in wireless communication network, CC2530 chip is used to complete the system solution, to complete the information exchange between the host computer and the monitoring equipment of the front end; human-computer interaction interface is based on the development platform of LabVIEW, providing friendly interface for manual operation; Database select SQL Server 2000 which designed by Microsoft company, to achieve the storage and management of information.
