Design Of Project Manager Management System In Construction Market

With the development of information technology, electronic government plays an increasingly important role in social management. In order to promote the healthy development and improve the supervision and management of construction market,the MOHURD(Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China) deployed tasks about the establishment of information management system for construction market across the country. The system introduced in this thesis is an important custom-developed part of Henan information management system for construction market based on the actual needs.Combining computer network and database technology, the management system for project manager of construction market is designed. It includes the project manager change management, the illegal punishment system and the query of project manager information. Among them, the project manager change management mainly includes application, examination and query of project manager change information;the illegal punishment subsystem includes the penalty and scoring of illegal activities and realizes the standardized management of irregularities; the query of project manager information which can promote the publicity of the government affairs provides the platform to inquire the change and illegal information.First, the requirements of data and function of the change management and illegal punishment system are analyzed. The role assignments and business processes of the system are introduced. And then, based on the analysis, the design of the structure and database of the system is presented, a detailed description of the design and implementation is summarized. Finally, the public information inquiry module which can realize the standardized management for the change and illegal penalties information and provide the data support for the administrative department to make policy is developed by sharing the information.The development of this system uses Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 based on the asp.net platform and the architecture of B/S. And the system meets thebusiness needs of users through the use of pilot cities. Currently, the seamless docking between the management system for project manager and Henan information management system for construction market is already realized, and the system has been applied across the province.The construction of this system can help supervision department to predominate the information of the project manager, and strengthens the supervision of government for project manager and further improves the quality and safety of construction.
