With the rapid development of domestic economy,urbanˋs area expanded at high speed.But for the limit of usably area,urbanˋs buildings had to build higher^ more floor and huge body.The buildings became huge monster,several floors、area has tens thousands of square meters.Even this number can reach hundred thousands of square meters.This condition made single floor had more equipments than before.And for the traditional manual management mode waste time and energy,so it can’t resolve the complex problem. So,intelligent building management became more and more popular.An intelligent building not only reduce time and human capital but also provide service which is high quality,comprehensive,securetimely,convenient and high efficient.With the development of computer technology,intelligent building can satisfy peoples’demand for buildings in the information-based society.And it is important to develop a building automatic control system.Building equipment control system uses humanized interface and controls floor’s structure,layout,equipment’s parameters.This makes floor’s equipments’s control more efficent.And it is the crystallization of building and information technology.Building equipment control system mainly divided into the equipment management, graphic monitoring, project tasks, database operation, alarm and communications services six big modules.Among them, the equipment management module helps the building administrator configure building wiring system, build the whole building hardware and circuit layout.Graphic monitoring is the main function which makes the administrator can modify the parameters of the equipment at the same time through the module monitor equipment operation,, realize the management of the equipments.Plan tasks mainly task is to satisfy users for the demand of batch jobs and repetition which can greatly improve the efficiency of equipment management.Database operation is mainly implemented for backup and restore database, improve the security of the system, to cope the extreme conditions that may occur.Alarm module is mainly used to remind the administrator equipment operation parameters within the prescribed scope so that administrators can timely processing equipment of dangerous situation, minimize the possibility of disasters.Communication service module’s main function is responsible for the interaction between the top software and the underlying hardware, after the communication service is responsible for building equipment management module of the system structure tree, at the same time start the thread pool which used to read the underlying hardware parameters and commands issued by the upper software.Building equipment control system is based on C# and uses three-tier architecture which makes presentation layer,business logic and data layer separation,better achieve a low coupling,high cohesion.The system adopts C/S architecture and builds Windows service.The C/S client uses to handle buildings’ structure and equipments、parameters.The Windows service is used to communicate with underlying hardware and database.We selected MySQL which is popular and open source as our database.
