The Study On Information Management System Of Maize Breeding

Corn test is an important part in maize breeding and in the past corn test mainly rely on artificial, and the process is complicated, time-consuming, and unable to fully grasp all the data needed for breeding personnel. Application of high-throughput maize corn test production line can achieve automated collection of more than twenty corn test information such as ear of corn, grain and so on. There are tens of thousands or even one hundred thousand combinations in a medium-sized maize molecular breeding units in each year,and the combination of these corn test data and field test information together is a huge amount of data. And corn breeding cycle is long, it need take a long time to accumulate, in the process, a series problems such as changes in personnel and material,data accumulated over the years make data quantity larger. Therefore, developing a maize breeding information management system is necessary,the system can make the management of maize breeding information achieve standardization, scientific, automation and it has important practical significance in improving the level of maize breeding information technology.The research and design results achieved in this paper are:According to the present situation of the domestic and foreign maize breeding information and requirements analysis for maize breeding relevant units, design the overall architecture of the system,and detailed design in maize breeding information management system;Through the study of crop genetic theory, comparison and analysis the estimation method of the crop genetic heritability and combining abiliry,decide the maize breeding analysis method-combining ability analysis method. Provides a theoretical basis for the system design;Using C#language, and MVC design mode and B/S framework to realize the function include the corn information browsing, comments and feedback in front, and login of system administrator maize information management and combining analysis in admin and so on.The research of digital management system based on the analysis of the combining ability of maize breeding resources in this paper, on account of its simple, convenient, intuitive features in the process of efficient management and utility on data greatly improve the efficiency and scientific Maize Breeding information management and analysis.
