A Study And Implementation Of Genetic Breeding Analysis Platform Of The Cashmeregoat

With the continuous development of computer network technology, the cashmeregoat as a versatile livestock, which are developed its production conditions continuously to the direction of integration, large-scale, sharing, specialization and intensive. But the traditional management mechanism of cashmeregoat production has the following three questions. First, in handling the breeding data of cashmeregoat, workers still use the manual way to enter them into the Excel. This entry way not only results in the decrease of time-consuming work efficiency, more important is to lead to data management is not standardized. Second, there are no perfect indicators of production performance in the process of cashmeregoat breeding analysis, which will increase the follow-up of the difficulty of the cashmeregoat breeding data about specification, unification and perfection. Third, in the genetic breeding analysis of cashmeregoat, there is no special breeding analysis software combined with breeding management system, which will lead to the analysis results of genetic breeding is not enough scientific. In view of the above three questions, designed and developed a set of efficient, scientific, accurate and convenient for operating system platform is imminent.In the research and implementation of the platform, this paper adopts the framework of SSH and DWZ, and embeds the specific breeding statistical of WOMBAT software in this platform for breeding analysis of cashmeregoat. The system platform is mainly composed of five functional modules, respectively the management of system information the management of cashmeregoat farm?the management of information and data of cashmeregoat?the report form statistics of data, the individual genetic evaluation of Wombat and the archives management of cashmeregoat. The implemention of this platform meets the cashmeregoat farms to real-time manage and analyzes the production performance information of cashmeregoat, achieves the goal of automation management of cashmeregoat farms, provides the foundation for the efficient management of breeding data, scientific analysis and accurate breeding.In the design and implementation of the system, this paper detailedly expounds the platform of requirements analysis, overall analysis and design, final implementation and testing. And done indepth research on the development of technology and the framework configuration.This process not only follows the principles of developing reusable and extensible, and greatly improves the production efficiency of cashmeregoat, promotes the scientific development of cashmeregoat.
