Transportation is an important part of logistics. The security during transport, especially in logistics and freight drivers’ health issues more and more attention to logistics enterprises. Currently logistic freight drivers work long hours with high pressure. Worrying state of health. Driver fatigue driving, delay or premature action, operating pause or improper correction time and other factors of insecurity prone to road accidents. A serious threat to safety of life, delay or destruction of goods will lead to increased logistics costs, logistics companies to bring great losses. To solve this problem, we developed for professional freight drivers health monitoring system of things, to ensure the health and logistics freight driver safety during transport. System by signs sensing devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, oximeters, scales and electrocardiogram machines and other data regularly collected from healthy drivers, new intelligent communications module detection device automatically uploaded to the health management system for analysis and Judgment freight drivers can query and analysis results through mobile phone APP, thus decide whether to continue driving, to avoid losses caused by driver fatigue.To solve this problem, this paper develops an Internet of things system for logistics freight drivers health monitoring to ensure the safety of the drivers’ health and cargo transportation. The system is divided into wearable devices acquisition terminal, smart phone software and the monitoring center of the monitoring terminal three part, the main function is to achieve the acquisition, analysis and monitoring of blood pressure, oxygen saturation, ECG sign parameters and physical parameters can be through the Internet mobile or wearable devices the GPRS module to send to the server, and then by the transport server health to the Monitoring Center PC monitoring software. Professional medical personnel through research and analysis and judgment of health data, provide professional health guidance report, freight drivers can through intelligent mobile terminal software view, decide whether to continue driving to avoid losses caused by poor health.The hardware introduces the overall framework of hardware health monitoring system, the hardware system of three subsystems: Wearable equipment acquisition terminal, intelligent mobile terminal, gateway. Acquisition terminal to realize signs collection parameter, intelligent mobile terminal received acquisition sign parameters of physical parameters for storage, at this time if the smart mobile terminal has been connected to the health monitoring center, the collected data is transmitted to the health monitoring center, the gateway to the transmission of data to a remote server. The external hardware resources selected in this paper, to prepare for the part of the software design in the next.Based on Android smart phone system software module design, contains the login and registration, driver information management, signs monitoring parameters, WiFi interface connection and driving schedule to remind the five modules, implementation of the registration and login, information management, sign detection, interface connection and note the rest function. Driver information management module introduces the module provides driver information management function, mainly used for health care professionals to view according to their health status given health guidance report; the WiFi interface connection module introduces the Android development technology, to realize the data transmission communication interface; driving schedule to remind the system alarm settings and the ring settings remind truck drivers regularly stop to rest.The health monitoring system designed in this paper can effectively connect the driver and the monitoring center, and the doctor can better manage the health of the driver according to the parameters of the signs.
