The aggravating trend of aging population,increasing chronic patient,the shortage of medical treatment have brought impact to the health and quality of people living.Then,traditional medical equipment and medical infrastructure has been difficult to meet the growing demand for health care.Fortunately,embedded technology,wearable technology,Internet of things technology has been applied in the medical field,and emerging m-health service bring about a qualitative leap in people's lives.Thus,the research of m-health field has important social and practical significance.However,high cost and power consumption,wasting large flow and other issues generally exist in the domestic m-health technology on the application of personal health monitoring system.To some extent,it restricts the development of m-health.Through the systematic study and research on the m-health application in the Internet of things from the perspective of pulse detection system,a standardized m-health solution is proposed.The scheme realizes 24 hours real-time pulse detection,pulse data remote sharing,online diagnosis and other functions.In perception layer,based on STM32 embedded system,wearable pulse data acquisition system is designed,and it combined with digital filtering algorithm to achieve the pulse signal acquisition,filtering.In transport layer,Bluetooth 4.0 BLE protocol is used to realize the pulse data transmission to the Android smart phone platform.At the same time,Android smart phone as a communication gateway access to the core network through the Wi-Fi and connects to the remote server.The remote server based on the MQTT protocol with low overhead,realizes the function of pulse data upload,storage,distribution and instant messaging API.In application layer,the m-health service terminal based on Android operating system is developed.The programs call the remote server API to achieve real-time monitoring of pulse data,online diagnosis and treatment,user health information management functions.Test results show that the m-health application based on the system architecture has the characteristics of low power consumption,low network overhead and easy to extend.
