In recent years, the class centralized control system as a modern science and technology project is particularly important to use in public places. At present the main public venues all over the country, particularly the science venues, equipment quantity is various. At first, the operator must be on hand to complete the switch device, but as the number of museum exhibits equipment getting more and more, species growing, control functions increasingly complex, so that the operator takes a very long time to manage and switch these devices. In addition, the museum exhibits device in the event of failure or the museum appear safe hidden trouble, such as fire, all will not be able to timely detection and treatment, bring certain influence to the visitors.obviously, the traditional management mode of science and technology museum has been unable to adapt to the development of The Times and new requirements, are being phased out gradually. How to effectively control and operate the exhibits equipment, and further improve the use times of exhibition equipment, become a new problem existing in the science and technology museum.Based on this, the thesis combined with centralized control technology, software and hardware combination, designed an indoor environmental monitoring and exhibits switch control systems for the Museum of Science and Technology. The system consists of PC, centralized control panel, the node side control extension, collection terminals, switch control module. The main research works can be summarized as follows.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the development of centralized control systems, and design the general structure of the system, system that is the top machine, centralized control panel, node-side control extension as the main structure, via the WiFi module and the wireless module to communication, achieve PC to control science and technology museum exhibits and collection the environmental data.Then build a body of software and hardware platform, In the hardware design, Based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core STM32 development board as a main controller chip of the system centralized control panel, stowage WiFi module, wireless communication module, power module, SDIO-SD card, LED lights, etc. to achieve relayed and regular inspection function, given the host’s overall workflow. Node-side control extension part use 8-bit microcontroller STC15F2K08S2 as the core controller, and an external wireless communication module, power module, switch control module, humidity detection module, the temperature detection module, sensitive gas detection module to designed,achieve the museum exhibits equipment switch control and monitoring indoor environmental conditions.In the software design, to achieve the system data communication between a host computer, centralized control panel, node-side control extensions, and design the WiFi module data communication command and the wireless modules data switching interface protocol. PC part use USR-TCP232-Test Serial/network debugging assistant as PC software, to achieve including remote control switches, environmental data monitoring, fire alarm and other functions.Finally, test to the whole system, the results show that:This research for science museum indoor environmental monitoring and exhibits switch control system can be implemented data acquisition in a wireless communication system, switching remote control, data display and safety warning, meet the system technical requirements.
