Analysis Of The Signaling Solution For Complaints And The Failure In VoLTE

Along with the rapid development of communication technology and network communication has entered the era of 4G,4G network clear and high-speed characteristics makes users show explosive growth.The 4G network is the realization of the data grouping service carrying in current, voice as the communication most important functions should be with business development is timely introduction, in the rapid development of data services at the same time, voice service should also has high transmission rate, low turn-on delay, signal clear complexion and other 4G network, VoLTE is in this context as a voice over LTE signal solution arises at the historic moment.Because VoLTE is still in the development period, the new technology is bound to bring new problems, with the increase in the amount of users related complaints and failures will rise rapidly, and how to solve these problems become the primary consideration. Signaling objectively records the communication process, through the analysis of signaling can solve all kinds of network problems and improve network indicators.This article focouses on the study of VoLTE signaling to the complaint, the failure of the case analysis, and then find the cause of the problem and solve the problem. This paper first introduces the concept of VoLTE characteristics, the development process, the current business situation, VoLTE system structure, compared with several different voice solution characteristics, technical principles. This paper analyzes the calling process of VoLTE, and analyzes the actual complaint and fault cases in the network according to the signaling process, finds out the cause of the problem and solves the problem, and gives the method of solving the VoLTE fault.
