Research And Implementation Of Military Personnel Information Management System

As the construction process of army informatization continues to accelerate, various MIS (Management Information System) have been established at all levels of the military army, where the establishment and development of cadres information management system is constantly advancing with the times, and has made considerable progress. The cadres information management system not only can improve office efficiency organs, but also can integration and refine the cadre of information. This thesis studies the design and implementation of a military cadre information management system. The main work is as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and shortage of the information management of the army cadres, as well as the hidden danger to the security, integration and lasting of the information management of the military cadres. Analysis of the information system related technologies, including the system architecture to select the browser/server (B/S) platform, design model selection ASP.NET technology, database selection Oracle technology.Secondly, the system needs analysis, information management system for military cadres characteristics of network sharing, user authentication, easy maintenance, simple operation, good safety, based on the establishment of the basic framework design. In order to meet the functional requirements, the user according to the access distinguished mainly three levels: administrator, general users and leading, system design mainly includes basic information maintenance module, file management module, project management module, data backup module and an auxiliary function module, a total of five function modules, this paper also constructed the mathematic model of the corresponding auxiliary decision-making.In determining the basic architecture based, the detailed design of the system database, user module, the basic information module, the routine examination module and assistant decision-making module five parts, describes the detailed design of the database, and the flow chart of each module in the system architecture and the realization process.Finally, we formulated the corresponding testing program, and the system was fully functional test. The results showed that the system can fully meet the design requirements.Based on the requirement of military officer management, the system can standardize and improve the procedures of personnel management. And the system also can make the military personnel management more scientific, standardized and systematic.
