In recent years, China’s high-speed railway develope rapidly, and has become the world’s longest high-speed railway operating mileage of national high-speed rail. High-speed railway get more and more recognized because of its convenient, fast, efficient and punctual and other advantages. At the time high-speed railway bring us a lot of convenience to travel, however, how to protect the safe operation of high-speed trains and efficient, accurate maintenance became a problem worthy of attention. Especially in current time, Internet, big data, cloud computing rapidly developed, how to combine the Internet and cloud computing technology to build a system of Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) and achieve "Internet+" of high-speed train is an area where further research needs to be.In this context, this paper carries out relevant research of Android-based data acquisition and remote control system, and innovatively put forward ZigBee network to access the Internet through the Android smart terminal mode to solve the problems caused by different protocols. In addition, this article will be quite innovatively make server set up on the Baidu cloud platform, not only to achieve server functionality, and termination overhead, saves time, and increases server stability, reliability and scalability.Android-based data acquisition and remote control system make train related components access to the Internet, hence can achieve real-time collection of data related to these components, real-time analysis and real-time decision-making process. Program development of ZigBee module, Android and PC client, and cloud server were completed. ZigBee devices access to the Internet by Android smart terminal, users can view the train data collected through Android mobile intelligent terminals or PC clients; what’s more, it is able to realize remote control for devices that connected with ZigBee modules.Finally, set up simulation environment in a laboratory, the parameters as well as the performance of the entire system were modular and systematic testing. Validation of Android-based data acquisition and remote control systems in ensuring the safe operation of trains, and efficient maintenance of practicality, convenience is provided.
