Based On The Research And Design Of Handheld Platform Of Zigbee Wireless Train Inspection

ZigBee technology is based on IEE802.15.4, particularly suited to small data throughput and network construction investment, the higher requiements of the network security, inconvenience frequent battery replacement, intelligent household, industrial, medical equipment control, agricultural automation fields of application.Train's overhaul is one of the most important works of the train's safe operation. But workers still complete it with primitive manual records nowadays, this can not meet the informatization require of railway construction. We change the situation with wireless handset based on ZigBee technology in this paper, the overhaul items are stored in the handset, workers complete the overhaul at the scene and send the result to the control center in the time. This can improve the efficency of train's overhaul and do good to the informatization of railway construction.The paper studys on the background of ZigBee technology, the protocol architechture and the structure of the ZigBee networks. Then it completes the scheme of the train overhaul system which includes base station, router and handset. It uses mesh structure to construct the network. Based on this, the paper completes the hardware design which includes memory module, RTC module and LCD module etc, then completes the driver of peripheral modules. At last, it tests the performance and analyses the power of handset. Characterized with flexible structure expanding and high reliability, the system contains excellent property in current use and popularization.
