The Research Of Build The Security System Of The Digital Archive Resources

The rapid development and popularization of computer technology and network lead archives management to the digital age. However, science and technology not only providing convenience, it also brings new challenges. While the digital archival resources convenient and efficient emergence and transmission in the computer and networks, which also facing the threats of illegal interception and tampering. Long-term preservation of digital archival resources is an enormous difficulty too. Digital archival resources storage is of great instability, archival information may be instantly unreadable, even disappear forever. The security problem of digital archival resources has caused widespread concern in the archives and related fields, has become a new project to be researched and solved.This paper is based on the digital archival resources which collect in comprehensive archives, put forward a security system of the digital archival resources, launched a direct response to this question. First of all, this paper introduces the characteristics of digital archival resources and its management, work out the component content of digital archival resource security. Secondly, from the point of digital archival resource all aspects of work and management environment, this paper carry out a detailed analysis of the various factors that threat the security of digital archival resources possibly, points out a large number of risks of digital archival resource security exist objectively, the condition is complicated and serious. Finally, from the three dimensions of technology, management, legislation, expounds the various elements of the construction of digital archival resources security system. In terms of technology, technical means is divided into communication technology and storage technology, and the roles of all kinds of security technology are illustrated in this paper; in the field of management, this paper indicate that take precautions should be more important than emergency response to the security management of digital archives, put emphasis from emergency response to strengthen emergency preparedness; in terms of legislation, this paper argues that the legislation plays an important role on the security of digital archival resource, detail the situation of China’s existing laws and its shortage in respect of the security of digital archival resource, and put forward some proposal in order to improve relevant legislation.
