Diachronic Study Of How Internet Affect Coverage Of Emergent Events

In recent years, with the rapid development and wide application of Internet technology, network media plays a more and more important role in our country’s Emergent Events Report.The research on the combination of Emergent Events Report and Internet started late in our country, which is mainly focused on the SARS in 2003 after the outbreak of this disease.To review the existing research literatures, or to explore the change of the mode and frame of Emergent Events Report in theory, or to discuss the function and characteristics of the Internet,is almost always in a specific time node or dimension investigate and study the Internet how impact Emergent Events Report.But the influence of interconnection on the report of the unexpected event is a dynamic process, we need a diachronic study on it.In this paper, we sort out the report of important sudden events since 1994 and find the joint point in the process that Internet promote emergency reports,then sort the different effects of the Internet on the development and change of emergency report in the different stages of the Internet in their own development from a historical perspective.In this paper, at first,we study the history about the development of the Internet and the Internet media in China.Embryonic stage,Chinese people have the initial attempt on Internet,is still in the exploratory stage;Web1.0 stage,the main performance is Information Integration take the website is the core;Web2.0 stage, main performance is information reproduction take the We-media is the core;the stage of Web3.0, social media make the influence of the network media from online to offline,and become an important part of real life.Second, combined with the characteristics of Internet and Internet media on different stages of development and analyzed their different functions in China’s Emergent Events Report.Earlier, because the Internet technology and applications are not developed, Internet can not be a real impact.Until the outbreak of the SARS outbreak in 2003,the Internet has played a role in promoting information disclosure, setting up a Common Field and reshaping the agenda setting, making China’s Emergent Events Report gradually break through the traditional shackles, turns to be more open, fair, diverse,and development to the direction of human nature.At last, this paper summarizes the current situation of the report of the network media to the Emergent Events, including the increasing timeliness of reports, the form of a variety of reports, the diversity of network public opinion demands, online false information at the same time flooding, the Media Trial produced polarization phenomenon, and puts forward suggestions for the last two points.
