Vehicle examination management system, which is to solve the driver in the driving process appeared problems in a training and examination system. In China automobile drivers need to obtain driving certificate before a test system. Using the vehicle test management system, the examiner can be more reasonable training of the driver’s ability to drive the driver.In the system the driver can learn driving skills, improve the ability to safely travel. At the same time, vehicle examination management system as a set and artificial pre sentenced cooperative testing and judging whether the driver are eligible to get a driver’s license is demonstrated with computer system itself also can complete scientific planning real road,enhance road management and control efforts, and to avoid traffic congestion. In addition intelligent driver training personnel and prevent traffic accidents occurred.Through the design and implementation of this system, this paper finally completed the "J2EE based provincial vehicle examination management system". The system completed with high practical value and social value, can in the driving of vehicles in China provide a good training and examination platform, improve the driving ability to drive safely, to prevent the vehicle in traffic occurs within the scope of all risks and all kinds of problems.Specifically, the work of this paper is summarized as follows:1.Investigated domestic and foreign vehicle examination management system for obtained the detailed and effective actual demand report, completed the demand analysis. The requirements of software and hardware and operating environment, the functional requirements of the system include the use case description and use case verification, as well as the design of the system non functional requirements.2.Made general design of the "based on the J2 EE of the provincial vehicle examination management system". The main work is divided into 4 parts, namely, the function of the design, topology design, data model design and performance of the design. And relatively speaking, data model design and performance of the design is more important, and divided into conceptual model design, data table design, performance design, database design performance, storage logic design and parallel data processing design and so on several modules.3.Made the detailed design and implementation of the "provincial vehicle examination management system based on J2EE". In this part of the work, detailed design and implementation are given in accordance with the division of functional units are given, the main system architecture design, detailed design and implementation of sub functions and system deployment. The sub function of the detailed design and implementation including the login function, query function, basic information management functions, Paihao management function and function of management system for the detailed design and implementation of.And at the end of this part of the work, the system of the realization of the various functions of the interface.4.Draw summary and conclusion for "provincial vehicle examination management system based on J2EE". This paper summarizes the deficiencies in the work, and puts forward some development plans and suggestions for the construction of the vehicle examination management system.
