The system completed with high practical value and social value, can in the driving of vehicles in China provide a good training and examination platform, improve the driving ability to drive safely, to prevent the vehicle in traffic occurs within the scope of all risks and all kinds of problems.Specifically, the work of this paper is summarized as follows:1.Investigated domestic and foreign vehicle examination management system for obtained the detailed and effective actual demand report, completed the demand analysis. The requirements of software and hardware and operating environment, the functional requirements of the system include the use case description and use case verification, as well as the design of the system non functional requirements.2.Made general design of the "based on the J2 EE of the provincial vehicle examination management system".
