Research And Analysis On Examination And Management Information System Of Student 's Artistic Specialty In Zhejiang Province

With the development of computer technology and management technology, the function of the management information system developments from the pure manual mode to semi-automated model, and the proportion of computer technology is increasing. The construction with management information system is considered as the primary task of enterprise informationalized construction system in most industry. In2014, because of the government policy, the organizer of examination of art test in Zhejiang province is no longer by the Hangzhou Youth Palace hosted by Zhejiang International Studies University, and the executive departments is its subordinate college named continue education college. Take this opportunity to the Provincial Department of Education Art Education Committee proposed to build a management information system based on WEB, designed and realized by myself. The system includes the following modules:business registration management, cost management, exam management, ticket management, evaluation management, certificate management, basic information management and system management.This thesis has detailed analyzed the system’s business, functional and data with Unified Modeling Language under the support of examination management information system of art test in Zhejiang province (examination MIS of art test for short). In business section, this thesis introduces the organization structure of the examination management department firstly, then analyzes the original business process by flowchart, and mentions some problems, finally optimizes the business process by Swim lane chart. In functional section, this thesis introduces the three roles in this system firstly, then analyzes the relation between role and system’s functional, and describes the whole work flow by user case analysis, finally it provides the package diagram of system function and the package diagram of sub function, including register management, pay management, examination management, admission ticket management, examination result management, certificate management, basic-info management and system management. In data section, this thesis provides the whole class diagram and sub class diagram, analyzes the UI class, control class and entity class within class diagram clearly, finally introduces the relation between entity classes, and constructs the data table structure in system database. Finally it summarizes our work, expounds the author’s tasks, analyzes the thesis’s limitations, and will advance further improvement of the system in the future.
