Acoustic releaser is commonly used in underwater acoustic communication system. Acoustic releaser has lots of applications in Marine salvage, Marine engineering, underwater operation, and in the military. And acoustic release promotes the development of Marine electromagnetic detection. Basically acoustic releaser is an important branch of Marine electromagnetic detection. This topic is derived from the project “Development of Marine controlled source collection system equipment” that is undertaken by China University of geosciences(Beijing). Studying the advanced underwater acoustic communication technology at home and abroad, and develop the underwater communication control unit of acoustic releaser. The underwater unit with Benthos865 release machinery structure and deck unit DS-7000 to realize the function of mechanical release and underwater acoustic communication. Through the study of this topic, we can grasp the technology of underwater acoustic communication, it’s important to promote the progress of related project in laboratory. This article mainly introduces the key technology and the key unit in the process of underwater acoustic communication. And the article introduces the detailed science problems about the hardware design of acoustic releaser underwater unit. Using the FSK modulation signals to realize the acoustic communication. The underwater unit decodes the FSK signal received through transduce, he underwater unit to realize to related function as the code that decoded.The hardware circuit mainly include four parts: receive circuit, send circuit and control circuit, power control circuit. And the receive circuit includes: pre-amplifier, limiter circuit and detector circuit. The send circuit includes: frequency synthesis circuit, power amplifier circuits and network matching. The control circuit includes: the main control circuit and the main chip is MSP430G2553, release enable circuit, send enable circuit. And write the decoding program, the mechanical release program, and the acoustic response program, low-power processor. At last doing experiment in air and water to verify the reliability of the instrument.
