| Mold enterprise is a typical order oriented discrete production enterprise. The traditional die management mode cannot meet the demanding of practical operation because of random order and production process certainty. The growing pressure of market competition and the volatile demanding of enterprises and customers make the die mold enterprises upgrade management level, improve the manufacture methods, that the mold enterprise transformation is urgently neededThis article based on the in-depth analysis of operation process of mould enterprises expound enterprise’s functional requirements, combining network technology and mold management In view of the mold manufacturing process of randomness and the dynamic data which is not easily acquired, etc. The article has utilized the RFID and GPRS technology which are core of IOT to collect the dynamic data in the process of production automatically. The collected data will be transferred to database for analytical processing to achieve informatization, intelligent and lean mold management, to quantify industrial structure of mold enterprise, to improve production efficiency. In order to reduce the mold cost of business operations and collect the effective dynamic data at the same time, in the article, I study several kinds of localization algorithm based on RSSI signal strength, emphatically analyzed location algorithm used in this system, established the model of location, projected positioning process. All these steps are made to reduce the implementation costs of the whole system effectively, to satisfy site requirements, to provide a theoretical model for the effective use of the IOT in the manufacturing industry. In view of the above mentioned research results, I worked with enterprises to jointly develop a physical model of management system, so that achieve effective management of Die & mold technology, production planning and production management, played an exemplary role for the IOT Industry. |
