In the field of modern military, automatic testing technology plays an important role in in machine fault diagnosis. The traditional test equipment has no guarantee of the missile gauge’s functionality and stability with its laborious procedures and peer reliability. Therefore, in order to meet the demand of the missile gauge’s test automation, his paper designs a set of integrated test system based on software development platform of LabWindows/CVI, which has high stability, integration level and work efficiency.This system adopts the technical route based on the CPCI-bus to build a test system. It provides performance testing, fault diagnosis and analysis, data display and storage and other functions rely on functional interfaces of switching value, analog and digital signal acquisitions, RS422 and 1553B-bus communication with a good human-computer interaction interface and extension features of software and hardware. Through testing the function and performance of device, this system provides a powerful technical support for the parameters of the missile in the harsh conditions.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research background of this test system and the characteristics and development prospect of the virtual instrument. Next, according to the functional requirements of electrical integrated test system, this thesis puts forward the design scheme of the test system and the design of hardware structure modularization and the operational principles of these modules. Starting with the working mode and the development process of LabWindows/CVI development software, the system put forward the hierarchical overall design scheme of the upper computer software and the summary software instruction from UI and callback functions. Finally, the design of PC software testing system and application of each function module are discussed detailedly. It focuses the calculation method of the ac signal frequency and phase angle and the functional approach of 1553B-bus communication module. It’s finally verified the practicability and reliability of the integrated testing system after rigorous testing from the data acquisition and data display of each function module.
