In order to ensure the quality of the LCD panel and enhance the core competitiveness of the LCD panel, the online aging transmission equipment is developed. Around this equipment, this paper has done the following research.The development of LCD panel industry and online aging transmission equipment and research status at home and abroad is discussed. This paper expounds the importance of LCD panel on line aging transmission equipment in liquid crystal display industry.This paper describes the function of the transmission carrier of the LCD panel on line aging transmission equipment, and the function design is carried out on the basis of the above. The overall scheme design of the production line and the design of the components of each station were analyzed, and the process flow of each station was analyzed.The lifting system and TILTING UNIT PALLET device of the liquid crystal panel on line aging transmission equipment are designed and calculated. According to the design requirements, through the choice of the lifting method, the design of the mechanical mechanism, the calculation and analysis of the system design and analysis of the stability of the lifting system. The key components are analyzed by finite element method, and the stability of this equipment is verified by the analysis results. This paper expounds the design process of TILTING UNIT PALLET device, and obtains the stable ball screw pair system through calculation and analysis, and calculates the dynamic rigidity to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Finally of the synchronous vibration analysis, respectively from static vibration system of kinematic analysis and dynamic vibration system of motion analysis two aspects is calculated and analyzed, so as to ensure the synchronization of both sides of the ball screw.Through queuing theory knowledge to optimize the position of the final test in different time segment detection personnel quantity and testing personnel working strength, the optimization results greatly improve work efficiency, reduce the cost of production, so as to enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness.
