It is for picking out the semi-finished products with big burrs and improving the plant production process that researching the Burr Check equipment of TFT-LCD panels.There are two methods to achieve the edge detection function which are using the machine vision and using the photoelectric sensor scanning the LCD panel.This task is from the project between TSTD which is a base company for internship and BOE designing a machine to achieve the edge detection function with sensor.This machine could be divided to three parts which are the transport part,driven part and testing part.The drive mechanism part has a great influence to the stability of each work station,so this paper mainly analyzes the three locations of the driven part deeply and provide theoretical support for the design of the actual design work.This article mainly focuses on the analysis and research from the following several aspects.For the torque transmission mechanism of transmission station,puts forward using magnetic torque gear instead of traditional mechanical gears to solve the problem and using SolidWorks software model the magnetic gears and using Maxwell software electromagnetic static simulation analyze the magnetic gears.And introduction of the orthogonal experiment method to design the four factors three levels orthogonal test table,the simulation result is gotten by simulation calculation which includes 9 groups of simulation.The results of range analysis proves the significance of each factor in the simulation.By the simulation results,considering the cost and torque requirements comprehensively,finally confirm the magnetic gears with residual magnetism: 1.17 T,pole number: 8,coercive force: 876kA/m,gap: 0.6 mm is the best.This paper checks the strength and deformation performance of mechanical arm under the load using the finite element analysis.The maximum deformation of the mechanical arm 6.718 x10-5m and the maximum stress 27.887 MPa are obtained by statics analysis.Because the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress,the mechanical arm can work normally under load.Then obtained the structure by using the method of topology optimization solution to remove the material,which achieves the aim reduces weight of 40%.Finally,do the modal analysis on the modified the structure analyzing its stability.By comparing the various the natural frequency and modal frequency self-excitation concluded that there won't be resonance.In testing station analyze and calculate the ball screw and synchronous belt system stability,which provide theory basis for design selection,ensure the stability of the synchronous belt and avoid the bad phenomena such as climbing gear.
