Isolated heart perfusion experiment is an important scientific research in the field of cardiac and cardiovascular technology, mainly used to study cardiac activity patterns and characteristics. Mammal isolated heart perfusion experiments use Langendorff perfusion system. Heart aortic retrograde perfusion method used by Langendorff has great contribution to cardiovascular physiology and pharmacology studies. At present, the domestic perfusion systems often use traditional analytical instruments, with the shortcomings such as: inaccurate system temperature control, invalid experimental conditions monitoring, expensiveness and so on, which largely affect the progress of the research. In this paper, according to current situations of traditional perfusion system, we design a low-cost, powerful perfusion system.The perfusion system is with high-precision temperature control, and real-time monitoring the perfusate pH, flow, cardiac tension and other experimental parameters, and it can make alarm for excessive parameters, which is compatible in precise controlled perfusion system conditions. The system is based on the Cortex-M3 core controller, using high-precision digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to realize the temperature control accuracy of ± 0.01 Ph, using online p H meter HG-P13 to monitor the pH of perfusate, using ml/ min Micro flow meter SLI-2000 to monitor the perfusion traffic, and using the biological micro-tension sensor FT-100 to monitor cardiac muscle tension, to achieve real-time monitoring of environmental parameters in perfusion experiments. Powerful microprocessor combined with excellent incremental PID algorithm achieve intelligent temperature control with the precision of 1℃.Experiment results showed that the instrument had achieved the targets of simultaneous acquisition and real-time process of temperature, pH and flow, etc. The system is able to provide a stable environment fort isolated heart perfusion experiments; precision and accuracy are better than traditional instruments and it can be used for scientific research and teaching experiment.
