Orientation of the cerebral cortex function area has been one of the main research directions in cognitive brain areas in the world. So far, the methods to observe cortex blood circulation information primarily have been concentrated on the128-conduction electroencephalograph, CT, MRI and other medical imaging means. However, all those means can't indirectly observe cortex blood circulation information. It is well known that one of the disadvantages inherent of these medicinal means is the high price and low coverage. Even the use of infrared thermal imaging technology as a direct observation of cortex blood circulation information, there are inherent drawbacks: measurement error relatively large, poor stability and relatively high cost. According to the characteristics of animal cortex blood circulation, aiming at existing monitoring technology shortcoming, after careful theoretical calculation and feasibility analysis, this paper proposes that infrared temperature measurer, driven by mechanical scanning device, is used for monitoring animal cortex blood circulation information in scanning methods, with infrared thermal image display through image processing technique, not only making up for deficient accuracy, but also for the inadequate results visual display of the existing infrared imaging equipment in the temperature measurement. Meet the need for both accurate temperature measurement and visual effects in the blood circulation monitoring studies.The research is Infrared temperature measurement and imaging monitoring system design based on the house cat cortex with the following tasks:1. The feasibility analysis of infrared temperature measurer for monitoring animal cortex blood circulation and study out the technology project.2. Type selection of infrared temperature measurer, hardware design and whole equipment design for monitoring system.3. Infrared temperature measurement and imaging monitoring system software design, including software framework for the overall design, scanning control and temperature data collection procedures, serial communication procedures, image interpolation procedures, pseudo-color handling procedures and so on.4. Whole machine testing through several experiments. This Infrared temperature measurement and imaging monitoring system is provided with high precision, high sensitivity, while it can display infrared thermal images with function for direct observation. Actual operating system proves the feasibility of the design for monitoring animal cortex blood circulation. Development of the system provides a new accurate and reliable means for orientation of the cerebral cortex function area.
