Research On Building Information Systems For City Commercial Bank Based On SOA

In recent years, the process of the domestic interest rate market-oriented, the emergence and the rapid development of the Internet finance, coupled with the introduction of a deposit insurance system, exacerbate the competition of commercial banks. Facing the situation that opportunities and challenges coexist in the same, city commercial banks hope to use IT technology and business innovation to improve their competitiveness. Compared to large commercial banks, city commercial banks do not have enough personal and material to support the construction of information systems, so that hinders their process of bank information.The design of SOA helps banks to solve interoperability between systems. And, based on SOA, banks can have fast response to the rapid flexibility of business strategy. Besides, banks can isolate existing peripheral systems and reduce the relation between systems with the using of ESB. So, banks can gradually develop existing systems integration and transformation. In this paper, we use SOA to upgrade and build the information systems of city commercial banks. So the systems is based on coarse-grained services, in separate of service implementation and service call. Firstly, this paper describes the current status and shortage of information systems in city commercial banks, and the system development goals. Secondly, we analyze the build path of systems. After the comparative analysis, SOA is more suitable method for city commercial banks to build information systems. Thirdly, we use ESB to achieve SOA design between systems, changing the systems from mesh mode to bus mode. The problem of systems transmission and connection can be solved. Finally, we analyze the systems with SOA method, including teller system, core system, and intermediary business system. Meanwhile, we use the example to illustration and the implementation process of the system service module.
