With the development of Chinese informatization, information technology hasbecome an important force to promote the national economy and people’s livingstandards. As a high level of information industry, financial industry is closely relatedwith information technology in operating activities and management processes.Information technology facilitates the operation and management of commercialbanks and proposes new management requirements for risk management and safeoperation.Strategic development requires commercial banks to transfer to the ITinfrastructure, optimizing the structure more flexible to respond to the market changes.Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system is an important IT systems supporting platform, which plays an important role in commercial bank’s IT system architecture. ESBsystem can help commercial banks adjust its architecture from the two-tier structure tothe three-tier system-the head office, branches, sub-branches. ESB system can providemore efficient, more flexible data processing functions and routing functions ofcomplex transactions, which realize the combination of multi-system businessprocesses. The paper focuses on the commercial banking enterprise service bus (ESB)system, and adapter technology, clustering technology related to IT infrastructuretransformation. In-depth analysis of the needs of the system function to bind tightly, the needs of the servicing life-cycle management and the needs of the establishingstable and efficient business processing hub. In this paper, targeting to servicecommercial banks ESB system, based in SOA concepts and mature ESB product, designed commercial banks of multi-level IT services architecture, deployed clusteredarchitecture of four exchange topology network and application systems, designedcommercial banks ESB architecture, achieved a service life cycle of managementmodule, service module, calling module and adapter assembly module, studied dataencryption and implementation issues, for ensure ESB system to meet the operationalrequirements of future production environment.ESB will serve the commercial banks to complete the task of reengineering ITinfrastructure and services. System construction process, whether it is demandanalysis, or design and development, whether it is success or failure, it will be a usefulexploration, which provides a good reference for the same size of the domestic commercial banks implementing such projects.
