Constructing Tax Side Data Exchange Platform In Tax-Treasury-Bank Networking Based On SOA

Along with the fast development of our national economy, The cooperation of the tax departments, treasury and banks is increasing rapidly. Now, The national tax departments, banks, and treasury have developed their own work information systems. In order to improving the tax, treasury, and bank work efficiency and changing the tradition fashion of the operation relation, the issues of networking of the tax-treasury-bank is brought forward. Be brief, the networking of the tax-treasury-bank is transacted the operation together of the tax, treasury and bank, by which, data exchange can be completed in term of the definite format and content through the definite information exchange mode. The tax-treasury-bank networked system provides the convenience to tax payer, improves the efficiency, reduces the process and strengthens the taxation monitoring, provides the safe and efficient operating platform taxation revenue transferring.Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a rough-granularity loosely-coupled system architecture model, which can make enterprises systems prompt and efficient. Web services is the current main implementation of SOA technology and it is that its cooperation with SOA make the development of enterprises systems more efficient reliable and high-caliber. Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is the combination of processes, software, standards, and hardware resulting in the seamless integration of two or more enterprise systems allowing them to operate as one. It realizes the integration of application systems and organizations in each level inside enterprises.This paper studied the application of SOA in tax-treasury-bank networked system, and given the structure of the SOA-based tax-treasury-bank networked system. The design and implementation of tax side data exchange platform was focused. By analysis of requirements, some services which serves tax business systems were defined, such as withhold service, batch withhold service, and so on. At last, a withhold web service was constructed using AXIS and Tomcat.
