As information security research hotspots, digital watermarking technology plays a very important role in copyright protection, information transmission, information hiding and other applications. And general image compared to medical images of higher image quality requirements, but also a region of interest(ROI) and a non-region of interest(NROI) points. In this paper, the characteristics of medical images designed based on medical images of interest zoning fragile watermarking algorithm.The main work is as follows:(1) describes the basic theory of digital watermarking technology for digital image authentication watermarking technology in-depth analysis,and introduces some classical watermarking algorithm.(2) designed frangible authentication watermarking algorithm for medical image based on the region of interest is divided. The algorithm uses feature medical CT images to different regions of automatic segmentation of medical images of the ROI, the key combination will Fragile watermark is embedded into the ROI wavelet transform high-frequency coefficients, increasing the sensitivity and the fragile watermark safety.(3) simulation analysis of the proposed algorithm in the JPEG compression, robustness and other common low-pass filtering under attack, verify the performance of the proposed algorithm.
