Abstract:With the continuous development of information technology, digital technology changes rapidly, digital image have been widely used in people’s daily life and work. Digital images come from a range of sources, such as digital camera, scanner, printer, image acquisition card, image generation software. With the advance of hospital digitization, the traditional medium of medical image preservation has been changing from film to digital image CD, disk. Thus, it undoubtedly brings a lot of clinical diagnostic facilities, but the digital image can be easily modified, the image is circulated on the certification is particularly important. Digital watermarking is an effective copyright, protection and safeguarding data security technologies for digital products that can be used in medical image authentication and protection area. In order to ensure a good doctor-patient relationship, we are using the digital watermark technology to protect medical image certification, however, digital image authentication technology is not mature, the judicial evidence and identification of the work is so insufficient that it is urgent to develop practical digital image authentication.In this paper, the basic theoretical framework of digital watermarking, the establishment of a complete digital image watermarking system treatment model have been fully synthesized and summarized, including embedding, extraction, and validation process, medical image watermarking vulnerability authenticity certification requirements for the characteristics of high proposed medical images based on pseudo-random matrix airspace fragile watermarking algorithm based on ideas by introducing rand () function of the pseudo random matrix, the image block the trace of the matrix decomposition image as a watermark embedded into the least significant bits, and indirectly increase the correlation between word blocks, improve the anti-attack capability. Experiments show that in the Matlab environment:The watermark embedding algorithm not only for medical images with good subjective visual quality and the image can be accurately locating tampered regions. Finally the research and application of digital watermarking in the medical image storage and transmission system are introduced, including a summary and outlook on the research development of certification.
