Digital watermarking technology as the Information Hiding an important branch, is the field of information security topics at the forefront of the digital copyright protection and authentication integrity multimedia areas play a critical role. Digital watermarking involves communication and information theory, image processing technologies, network security, multi-disciplinary knowledge, an academic value and economic value. With modern digital hospitals accelerate the process, the traditional medical image preservation of the film medium has been changing for Digital Image CD, disk. This, undoubtedly, brought a lot of clinical diagnostic facilities, but the digital image can be easily modified, the image was circulated on the certification is particularly important. Digital watermarking is an effective digital products copyright protection and safeguarding data security technologies that can be used in medical image authentication and protection. In order to ensure a good doctor-patient relationship, we are using technology to protect digital watermark image of the medical certification.In this paper based on an integral wavelet transform for medical image watermark algorithm. Using wavelet decomposition algorithm and key information embedded watermark to choose the location to determine the location only embedded watermark embedded Bit information. The method has some characteristics:(1)It adapts to medical images' authentication due to the High Signal-to-Noise when the watermark was embedded into images;(2) A algorithm is suggested, With the sensitivity of Simulating Chaotic System , Lifting Scheme transform in the Wavelet Domain ,method of nondeterministic block correlation realizes fragile watermarking,Efficiency promoting detection sensitivity and locating accuracy;(3) The algorithm used to protect key, even open algorithm, can withstand malicious attacks;(4) To ensure the safety of digital watermarking, chose two wavelet transform domain and the HL2,LH2 two regions of the embedded watermark; (5) Certification is in the algorithm without the watermark image.The experimental result shows that the proposed method adapts to the medical images ' authentication, it is less complexity and more practicability.
