Design And Implementation Of Educational Resources Management System In SCRTVU

In continuing to promote the process of national education informatization, Radio and TV University which is characterized by modern distance education mode, has made a breakthrough progress in educational resources informatization construction,basically meet the learning needs of various types of learners routine. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the establishment of new educational resources management mode in line with requirements of the development is to explore goal of our future work. This is to achieve effective management of educational resources to address the educational resources construction planning, resource management, and promote the use and other issues, has a very important practical significance.After a thorough analysis and research, combined with the Sichuan Radio and TV University(hereinafter referred to as SCRTVU) educational resources information development plan, this paper demonstrates the SCRTVU educational resources management system construction meaning and purpose, and put forward ideas and methods of system construction. Firstly, the paper has analyzed the development mode and related technology adopted in the system construction from the perspective of technology, including browser/server mode,.NET platform, C# language, responsive web design technology, etc.. Secondly, it is to determine the goal of constructing educational resources management system. Through the SCRTVU education resource management workflows to sort out, the paper has completed the system’s feasibility analysis and the functional requirements analysis. Thirdly, the system design scheme has been made, including overall system design, detailed design and database design. The overall system design is made up of the system framework description and the system functional module description; the detailed design is composed of the user role management, resource management and data statistics management; the database design consists of the database’s concepts design and logic design. Fourthly, the use of object-oriented software engineering design patterns, complete educational resource management system code. Fifthly, the performance and function of the resource management system has been tested by use of white box testing and black box testing. The main function of test users login function, the user information management, resource management and information resource service functions.Educational resources management system has been tested, put into trial operation. Students have experience of smooth online learning while teachers and concerned administrative staff have an easy operation of various digital educational resources and improve the efficiency of educational resources management. Compared with the previous system put into use, SCRTVU digital educational resources management more systematic, information technology, scientific and standardized. The success of educational resources management system has played a positive role in promoting the educational informatization construction in SCRTVU.
