With the 21 st century's continuous development of information technology and network technology, lacking of semantic and unified standardization in constructing the education resource, seriously restricts the sharing and classification of resources. Aiming at the typical problem that document classification and query in constructing the education resource, and based on the extraction of key algorithms and RDF semantic map, this paper studied the improvement TFIDF algorithm, document classification and query algorithm on the base of the semantic map. Moreover the algorithm's validity has been verified by the application platform.RDF semantic map of knowledge system course is constructed, which is mainly used to describe the semantic relationship between knowledge points of courses, after analyzing the typical problem appeared in building the education resources. Aiming at the above typical document classification and query problem, we improved the TFIDF algorithm and also studied the document classification and query algorithm based on the semantic map. In order to get the candidate characteristic keys of the documents, we improved the TFIDF algorithm to avoid filtering out the low-frequency words which influence document classification, and dynamically weight the vocabularies in the document's title and keywords position. To achieve document classification, we can use the characteristic words which are screened by the document classification algorithm based on semantic figure. The designed algorithm that document classification and query algorithm based on the semantic map can avoid the phenomenon of low accuracy and high error detection rate in users' querying, and return an accurate result to users. After verifying the algorithm's effectiveness, a platform of education resource management is built by combining with the improved algorithm TFIDF, course knowledge system based on RDF, document classification and query algorithm based on semantic figure and the typical problems in education resources construction, and we prove the method can effectively solve the typical problems by selecting relevant document from the repository. The research results have certain theoretical and practical value in construction of educational resources oriented the curriculum system.
