With the rapid development of aluminum processing industry, make to order production is facing the challenge of mixed variety orders, tight order cycle and compact coordination of processes so that required the machines keep high running rate and low unexpected failure rate. In the network age, using the advantage of information network to establish a suit of intelligentized PIRR management system. Through the inspection and diagnosis of machines to find out ill-parts and hidden dangers as soon as possible; with judges and eliminates of the harmful factors we can determined the scope of fault parts and woke out a precise and reasonable maintenance plan and spare parts supplying plan to keep equipment operation continuously and stability and maintain high economic and technical benefit.The thesis designs a PIRR management system based on B/S architecture and carries out a comprehensive study on the developing strategy of PIRR management system based on WEB. Firstly, the thesis describes the background, source, purpose and significance of the topic selection and analyzes the research situation of PIRR management system at home and abroad; secondly, the thesis studies of the basic structure of PIRR management system and finally determines to use the Browse/server(Browse/Server, B/S)development mode, meanwhile it expounds the algorithm for the function modules of the system and focus on the design of database entity attribute chart, E-r diagram, the physical structure and so on. Furthermore, the thesis introduces the advantage of information management and researches C#.Net technology and ADO technology continuously; combined with the actual situation, the thesis analyzes the current deficiencies and defects of the PIRR management system which implemented in light ally company now and designs the function modules,etc. Finally, the thesis tests the management modules in detail and summarized.In the developing process of PIRR management system, according to the demand, the system function is divided into several functional modules. The design of function module structure in line with the needs of the modern enterprise management mode of business process.
