This thesis carries out comparatively comprehensive research and design on computer house management, and brings forward the solutions of estimate and decision-making of room management, including author's own opinions. The design of this system accords with the demand of the university, and is provided with practical application value.Sufficiently utilizes software and techniques, and meets demand of applications of computer house in general higher education institutions and our department (TJUFE). The design of the system changed the deficiency of manpower, and makes computer house management more standardized, scientific, systemized, accurate, quick and convenient, so that it has improved the whole quality of the computer house management dramatically. At the same time, this system established a set of system for analysis and estimate, which can improve the efficiency of the manager and administrative techniques. It also provides firm support for decision-making for equipment purchase and computer house management in relevant department.Based on study on large numbers of references and fieldwork, together with imported real time monitor system which provides more efficient service to computer house management and maintenance, this article researched on equipment cost and consumption, utilization ratio, machine fault rate, evaluation for software requirement, and designed the solution for estimate and analysis for manager. Together with the applications of database, it can query and manage computer house relevant information efficiently by adding, deleting, amending, finding table data etc, also some research on relevant setting of permission has been carried out.
