The system is divided in to browser and server by B/S model, on server side using Struts, Hibernate, Spring framework divided into the presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer, when split the presentation layer it divided into Controller, Model, View by using the design ideas of MVC. System page designed using JSP code, Using CSS, JavaScript, etc. to macro control of the system page layout. Presentation layer components are charged for receiving and transmitting data, and responsible for data exchange with SERVER SQL 2014 database.The role designed in the system are administrator, financial officer of sales department, financial officer of financial department, counter toll collector. System implementation module are bank journal management module, data validation management module, query management module, system management module. In the bank journal management module is realized the operation of bank journal import, bank journal maintenance, and bank journal query; the operation in data validation management module are data validation management for Financial officer, data validation management for marketing personnel; The operation query management module realized bank journal inquiry, detailed summary report query, financial receipt inquiry, marketing fee inquiry; The operation of the system management module is implemented bank name maintenance, personnel maintenance, post maintenance.The business and financial accounting control system of Weihai power Supply Company can reasonable and effective integrated marketing, finance, and banking information of the three. Not only to ensure data has consistency, but also can strict and accurate management and control the progress of electricity accounted.
