The imperfection of the macroscopic aspects such as operation management, profit model is relatively single; Micro aspect is in the service quality is difficult to guarantee, form a complete set of business structure is unreasonable, and so on. A variety of "legacy" lead to TV media sites can’t in modern networked media market. Therefore, build value chain of TV media marketing model based on network extremely realistic value and significance.At the same time, the present stage mainly on advertising, both show the copyright selling marketing model are widespread in the major network broadcast television. But the main disadvantages of this pattern is to rely too much on advertising, profit model has not yet become a system, it can only consider the short-term interests, but in the long ways can guarantee good sustained growth. Present, profit problem has already become the bottleneck factor which restrict the development of the major network television, likewise, S provincial broadcast television network has been more and more the focus of the work to seek the profit pattern of clear and reliable.This article will take S provincial network station as the research object, in case of network broadcasting station at home and abroad and business models of the literature as the breakthrough point, through observes the current mainstream TV media website development condition to form a preliminary understanding. To S provincial network broadcast television’s own situation and the current operating status, find out its existing profit model and analysis, draw S provincial network broadcast television profits mainly through the following three ways:advertising, copyright selling and income based on the network interactive activities, analysis of the problems of this kind of profit model, propose solutions, to break the current online video profit model of the single trap.In this paper, using the profit model, value chain, bilateral market and product differentiation and other related theories to analyze the problem of S provincial network broadcast television station’s profit model, The integrated use of Potter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis method, analyzes the internal and external competition environment of S provincial radio and television network, to dig out the unique advantages of S network radio and television station in the video content production value chain o To describe the operation mechanism of the company by constructing the structure of industry value chain, Finally, it proposes the design scheme of the profit model of the network radio and television station in S province and making model。At the end of this paper, the organization structure of the company is adjusted according to the needs of the implementation of the new profit model.
